Kailangan ba ng cenomar? I checked the Manila VO, walang mention about a cenomar. Birth Certificates lang and Marriage Certificates.

Please advice if kailangan yan.

Blueray333,

I think in the revised (06-2010) Manila VO instructions, there is no mention about the CENOMAR. Please see below:
IDENTITY AND CIVIL STATUS DOCUMENTS
•Provide birth certificates or other official document confirming identity for you and each of your family members.
If…Then you must…you are married, include a marriage certificate.you are divorced or legally separated or if your marriage was annulled, include a copy of the final court decision.your former spouse or common-law partner is deceased, include your spouse's or partner's death certificate.you are in a common-law relationship, submit proof that the relationship has been ongoing and you have been cohabiting as conjugal partners for a period of at least one year before the submission of your application. Note: Acceptable proof is not limited to but might include; •joint bank accounts and/or credit cards; •joint ownership of residential property, •shared leases, •evidence of joint purchases, or •correspondence addressed to either or both parties at the same address.

When I submitted my full docs in April 2010, it used to contain this statement: "provide birth certificates, baptismal certificates or other official document confirming relation (including all pages of Household Registries) for you and each of your family members. In all cases, you must provide a Certificate of No Record of Previous Marriage."

So that's probably the reason why kiko mentioned about the CENOMAR, which is no longer required in the VO's revised list.

thank you nars, for that detailed reply. :)

Is it true? Because i went to consulate and they just giving form for NBI clearanace, and they said that for police clearance i need to go back to philippines and apply personally.

Hi, spiderman09.

I sent both UAE PCC and NBI Clearance. Please read the checklist, it is stated there.

Mga sir and mam, Ung company ko po sa pinas ang qualifying NOC ko, the problem is closed na po ung company but i still have connection with our office manager, he is currently working sa Malaysia. Ung reference letter po ba pwede nya ilagay sa current company letter head nya or just in plain paper. Ano po ba dapat kong gawin para ma proved ko na nagtrabaho ko sa company, i dont keep any payslip before. Then when i check my SSS contribution di rin pala na kompleto ng company ung hulog, 3 months lang po ung nag appear sa statement eventhough nag work ako ng 1 year and 3 months. Any advice po!

What i have right now are the followings:

1. Employment certificate given to me when i leaved the company but dont have duties and responsibilities on it.
2. Salary certificate issued to me when i applying for credit card tha time.
3. SSS contribution- but with incomplete contribution.

I can manage to produce a reference letter and business card from my previous Office manager. Sa tingin nyo po ba ok na po ba eto? Or malaki ang chance kong ma reject?

Salamat po!

Actually, parang ganun din sitwasyon ko. yung #1 mo. plan ko is just to photocopy it, then provide nalnag ako explanation letter. hope lang na tatangapin yun. baka may ibang paraan ka?

for your #3, not sure ako if kailangan. proof yan for employment?

may question pa pala ako:

in regards to the calling card for each employment certificate: when submitting to CIO, photocopy of the calling card? or send the actually calling card?

Nabasa ko kc sa ibang forum na ung ibang nag apply sa manila visa office, SSS contribution daw pwede rin proof na nagtrabaho ka sa company, sabi pa nga nila during the time na accessible pa ng kahit sino ung sss system pati daw ung officer in charge sa case mo nag-oopen doon para lang makita kong may mga contribution ka on specific period of time. alam naman kc nating lahat na madali lang magpagawa ng employment certificate. I suggest na if u can get a copy of your statement and stamped by SSS include it.

I think kaya sinabi nila proof of employment kasi makikita na may contribution yung employer mo sa SSS.. but not sure on this.. I have the same case as you.. kaya lang nag-apply ako sa old system pa.. Include ko sya as part of my employment history pero I had my clearance from that company photocopied with an explanation na nagsara na sya..
