mag hintay lang tayo friend kasi yung kakilala ko na march rin yung submission sa VO - manila got her ME and RF last week lang . Thursday yata yun - June 17, 2010.

Balita mo ko agad if you got yours.

meldz -- yup wait lang and im sure in God's time tlga makukuha natin gusto natin makuha.. and sana nga next week meds na. hehe. nagvisit me dito thinking marami ng meron.. tapos meron na pala si maharlika hay.. sana tau na next week..... hehe..dont worry post ako agad if meron na

Wow its been a really very very long time that I have visited the site/forum...and I can no longer follow on the discussions.

So where will I start... ...Hows everyone? To imbubbles to hailo sino pa nga ba mga nakakausap ko before...sensiya na guys kung di ko na tanda mga nicknames niyo...Well i am very very busy the last few months with my company's financial reports (we have four divisions) and honestly till now di pa tapos...I am already totally stress sa work...I have the chance to check my Ecas Status and its still the same...

Would you guys interpret to me...When will be the time to make a follow up? The visa office on their AOR mentioned that if nothing happens on your application within 8 months, that's the time you have to follow up...My question is when will I start to the count the 8 months period...from CIO approval or from the time the visa office received my full application...

JUST THIS MORNING I RECEIVED A LETTER SAYING THE LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT I SUBMITTED IS FRAUD...
THEY ARE ASKING FOR AN AFFIDAVIT OF EXPLANATION THAT I NEED TO COMPLY 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE LETTER...
LETTER'S DATE IS MAY 30, 2010... MEANING I ONLY HAVE THIS WEEK TO SUBMIT A LETTER...

WHAT WILL I DO? PLEASE HELP ME HERE...

BY THE WAY, I HAVE BEEN A STAFF NURSE FOR 11MONTHS IN A REPUTABLE HOSPITAL HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES...
TO COMPLETE AND SATISFY THE 1 YEAR REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, I DECLARED THAT I HAVE BEEN A PART TIME
"PRIVATE DUTY NURSE"... I ASKED FOR A CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT TO MY EMPLOYER...
BUT MY VISA OFFICER WON'T ACCEPT IT AS REAL... EVERYTHING IS AUTHENTIC AND TRUE...

HOW WILL I EXPLAIN THIS?

ARE THERE ANYONE HERE WHO HAS THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS MINE?
DO I STILL DESERVE A SECOND CHANCE AFTER EXPLAINING TO THEM?

PLEASE HELP ME...

i hope your case gets resolved soon. Be positive and consider that this is your second chance already, to explain the document you have submitted - you were not denied, but given this chance.

Im not a consultant, nor a lawyer - but for your case I would submit myself to an affidavit that attest that you have clear intentions in providing the visa office with a certificate of employment of your work as a private nurse, adding this to your application in compliance with the full submission of documents.

state the conditions when the certificate was written, what letter head you've used - why used that? who signed it? and why is that person legible to sign that document? provide contact details on how they will verify the employment. attest that every world/section of that document is true. If you have to provide the scenario of your work routine - do so.

do you have any ledger, documentation, or even pictures that would provide additional information on your private nurse duties covered by the employment? I suggest you enclose it with your reply, as an evidence.

You don't need to plea nor or apologize, but you have to stand firm that every detail on that certificate of employment is true and correct. also include that submitting yourself to an interview with a visa officer is an option.

Hello to all!!! it's been a while, ang dami ng nangyari. to Kyle....you're in our prayers, u'll get u'r visa soon, they just really want an explanation, it just shows na very considerate cla, they just want to clarify it.
oy aliyah, malapit na nga yung sa atin di pa ako nangungulit sa kanila, i'm giving it another two weeks bago mangulit.
at sa lahat ng nakatanggap ng PPR at Med reqst ay Congratulations ;D sa inyong lahat, white christmas para sa inyo.

welcome back dude!its been a long time, i was wondering kung nag vacation ko somewhere else...madami na nangyari s forum nakaktuwa, nakakaloka, nakakalipas oras......nice to have you back here.

am leaving on july 27, yun na rin lang talaga last choice ko na date wala na mapili.regular rate sa PAL di na kami umaabot sa promo for first time immigrants.....

sa mga nag wait ng medical, wag mo drink ng coke bawas problem sa UTI yan, kahit di pa sure when medical nyo at least may preparation na kayo ginagawa.i started my preparation after submitting my full docs, alam ko kasi malaki possibility ko may UTI ako....andito si Drabebs pag may need kayo matulungan kayo nya.



by the way, wala nga palang maple lead na design yung visa stamp...lol,kala ko meron wala pala......

i have a question on the POF. the instruction says SOURCES OF ANY FUNDS IN YOUR PossESSION FOR LESS THAN A YEAR SHOULD BE IDENTIFIED. How should i do this po? In the form of a letter ba? if the funds are proceeds of sale of lot or car, do i have to attach the deed of sale?

ganyan din wish ko noon, pero hindi talaga natin magagawa kc sa araw araw wala tayong ibang iniisip kundi ang development ng case natin... :-* :-* :-* pero wag ka mag alala dadating din yan.. don't count days nor weeks, para d masyado frustrating, count months instead and you'll just be surprised na ang bilis pala...ganyan din ang ginawa ko, imagine 4 mos and a half saka dumating meds req ko..sobrang matagal ata ito kesa sa iba...pero sabi nga ni hailo, don't worry kc at the end of the tunnel me liwanag

correct maharlika.....before sleeping at night sabi ko sa sarili ko patience, patience, relax, relax minsan kasi nadadala na talaga ko ng emotions ko sa kakahintay.but look now guys....the thing here is the system is moving......nun april-may napaka dalang ng nag PPR at nag visa but now pag may isa nakatanggap some one follows through.....hold on guys...will be there soon!
