Like most of us here, we wait... patiently wait and get ourselves busy while waiting for the process to take its course... its frustrating at times but it could be worth it when you get the VISA....

hello everyone!

it's really inspiring to hear the good news of everyone... kakainggit din, kasi ur almost there na.

i have a story to tell. i have a friend who's also applying under FSW1, he is a government employee. may first aor na at kumpleto na dox nya, ready for submission. unfortunately, u know how dirty politics is here in pinas. during campaign period, to ensure that they win the elections, as part of the demolition job ng kalaban sa politics nag-file sila ng kaso against the incumbent officials to include heads of offices (one of the heads is my friend). the case is now with the ombudsman undergoing preliminary investigations.

will this affect his application? I really feel sorry for my friend kasi di naman sya pulitiko. nagkamali lng yng kalaban ng mayor nya. sinama sya sa kinasuhan.

any advise u could give? tnx a lot po.

mahirap na question yan.... pero eto alam ko di pa naman sya convicted di ba????once wala pang decision ombudsman safe pa siguro.....kaya dapat matapos na nya processing....tama ba ako????

based on your personal assessment, owuld you think this problem can be resolved right away????if so then walang problem, as long as ma clear nyo infection then you dont have to worry.i am just curious with your BF though, crystals in urine would mean that he has the tendency to have stones?i suggests (not only for the pending med exam purposes) you should ask medical evaluation....likewise if further management is needed then magagawa kaagad. by the time na magpa medical na kayo at least confident ka na na clear na sya...alam mo yun unahan mo na....you dont have to wait the DMP to ask for clearances kasi pag ganun nangyari madelay ang pag forward ng result....

thanks hailo! naku heto nanaman ang anxiety. haha. so when can i expect my medicals kaya? sau ilang days after ur "in process"? this week pacheck ko ulit si hubby na pala at sana maclear. if not, then treatment as you've said...

hirap nga ng case ng friend mo.. but i suggest kuha xa ng representative/lawyer/consultant to represent her just in case may mga questions sa kanya. i believe puwede xa mag-apply kasi d naman criminal case un (more of civil case ata) pero para d maxado mahirapan mag-ask xa sa mga consultants about cases like this..

tnx hailo! di pa po sya convicted ;D, at tsaka after po sa ombudsman, if ever they find a probable cause for the case to prosper, ipapasa po nila either sa regional trial court or sandiganbayan, don po yng trial tlga. but if the ombudsman finds the case baseless, idi-dismiss naman po nila. di na akyat sa rtc or sandigan.

pag file nya po ng initial application nya sa NS is wla pa po yng kaso, tska meron na din po syang nbi clearance. so doon sa background declaration sa sched 1, NO po lahat ang tick marks nya.

pag i file nya po ba yng full dox nya eh , need nya pa baguhin yung declaration nya or mag attach ng explanation as to the changes? o yun na pong na submit nya dati sa NS?

hay naku, i cant access that status thing... so im just praying that everything will be well in His time... sana nga dumating na ang mahiwagang passport at talagang 'THIS IS IT"... btw, nakakuha ka na ba ng flight?

it was really fast then...nag change ang ecas ko feb 12 ata then after a few days tinawagan na ko ng agent ko for medical na daw kami......goodluck...

reality ha...wag naman sana magagalit ang makabasa pero di ba napakaslow naman ng justice system sa atin.....i was once caught with something in Ombudsman because somebody from the university gave me a position (wala namang bayad na extra, extra work lang) tapos beyond my knowledge na may nag question pala nunn position na binigay sa akin.sinagot ko lang teka kung ako masusunod ayaw ko umupo dyan kaya lang wala silang choice kasi wala namang ibang Clinical Instructor na pwede kasi puro part time ang kasama ko...tapos wala na di ko na alam what happened sabi nila on th eprocess pa daw e mag 3 years na yun now.....naka file pa rin case...case pa rin ....na promtoe pa nga yung nag post sa kin sa position.....

yup meron pa un.. d pa naman naiakyat dba? so may complaint pero walang case filed un nga lang i am not so sure kasi d naman ako lawyer hehe..
