Nsa UAE ako ngaun kaya London ang visa office ko.. working as a staff nurse here..actually, me mga natanong na din ako dito sa forum pwd nmn daw mg work kht nursing assistant muna/ care assistant kasi kelangan p tlg mg take ng exam at mg train..

i'm planning to settle in Alberta, ang nasimulan ko pa lng is ng register ako s CARNA pero i have to take pa ng exam nila so that mabigyan ako ng temporary permit to work as a nurse..after that pwd nako mg take ng CRNE para maging registered nurse...hanggang dun lng alam ko...

pero ung pg start ng career ang gusto ko malaman kung madali lng b mg hanap ng work dun as a care assistant para sna mkapagumpisa ng kumita db? On a positive note, sbi nmn ng agent ko wg daw mg alala kc ung profession natin ay napaka in-demand dun..i hope so....kip in touch na lng h..balitaan n lng tau...good luck!

Naku, yan nga ang din problem namin ngayon.. Kasi nanghihingi din ako ng tips dito sa forum kung paano magstart once andun na sa Canada.. Ang isa pang iniisip ko, ako kasi walang work experience as an RN talaga, sa ibang company kasi ako nagwowork.. Eh most of the provinces in Canada, i think they require work experiences pag sa mga nurses. Hay... Baka ikaw, may mga nakukuha kang infos dito, share mo din sakin.. Tulungan na lang tayo if there's any tips and updates.. Nakakapraning din kasing magantay.. London-based ka ba ngayon?

hello mga kabayan... i am currently waiting for my medical request. however, if ever i would like to study GERMAN or FRENCH in switzerland for maybe a couple of months. presumably, would i be able to continue my processing in swiss?

you have to go sa dept of tourism, bring the kids passport and ask for a certificate for the 50% discount on travel tax. tapos you show this to your agent when buying your tickets... ikaw din pala sa ontario...kami din doon namin gusto mag settle...

about the checking in the banks, as far as i know, banks cant disclose how much money you have kasi thats against the law... you can even sue them if ever they give that info to the embassy... but of course they could check it if they have a court order... ( which sa system natin could take forever and super hassle so i dont think they really check tediously)...

I just hope this is THE WEEK we are all waiting for... PPR we are so ready for you...

theres what you call bank secrecy law.....they cannot do that or maybe under extreme circumstances such as JOSE PIDAL case...remember.sabi nila least daw na magcheck sa bank.mas higher chance pa rin sa employer and of course yung mga security check...

so far wala pa update, i ahvent hceck sa site sa wednesday na lang...he,he,he.....

Naiinip nako frend. Di ko alam from when ako magcount ng days to rcv PPR. Dun kaya sa April 19 kung wen sinend ang meds result namin o dun sa date kung kelan pinadala ang clearance ng husband ko?

Hello po

Yan na po yung timeline namin.. Nagtagal lang talaga kami dahil sa FBI clearance. Tapos yung sa medical naman, pinadala ng Nationwide yung sa partner ko April 15 na kasi she had to repeat her xray kasi lordotic daw siya.. Yun lang namang dalawa ang medyo nagpatagal sa application namin, pero other than that, ok naman.

Grabe ang medicals pag may repeats or kailangan pa ng additional tests and clearances noh? Pero buti naman ok na yung sa husband mo.. Passport request na kayo after that, for sure! ;D

Gaano kayang katagal ang visa issuance after the request?

question lang friend ha, march 20 ka nag medicals with partner, april 15 pinadala ung kay partner kasi nag repeat x ray sya. May 1 ang PPR mo, may i ask when pinadala ang meds result mo?

Hi cheot.. Advise naman kung pano ka nagsimula sa pagregister/apply.. Sa ngayon kasi, hindi pa kami makapagisip kung pano magsimulang magapply kasi nakakainip talagang magantay ng visa.. Parang yun na lang ang pwede mo talagang antayin, ang tagal tagal pa..

Hi char, April 6 yung sakin.. Bakit po?..

bubbles ikaw yata yung ka timeline ko. until now still received by visa office pa rin yung ECAS status ko. Nothing have change since they received it last march 24, 2010. 45 days have lapse so far.

i am really hoping for a medical end of this may. kailan ka ya yng medical request.

it depends kung san mo balak mg settle or kumuha ng registration or permit for nursing...for me i chose Alberta kaya sa CARNA ako kumuha ng registration...pwd ka mg apply for registration on line (www.nurses.ab.ca)...nakita ko sa thread na u are planning to land in toronto.dun naman magreregister ka sa "College of Nursses of Ontario" (www.cno.org). dmi requirements e.g IELTS at mga fees..just check it out sa website so that meron ka idea...

ang sis ko din ay nurse dito sa uae, kasabay namin na nag-apply for canada. i tried applying for her kasi may na meet ako sa line of work ko na me ari ng mga medical centres sa canada, so finorward ko ang cv nya dun. nirefer naman ang sis ko sa head ng hr. ang sabi lang ng hr sa kanya ay to visit her pag naglanding na sa canada.

so what i suggest is mag scout ka din ng mga hospitals clinics and magcommunicate ka via e-mail. i think they respond naman agad sa queries.

ang sabi nila pagdating mo dun, pede ka na nga work nursing asst while preparing for accreditation/exam...
