Hi kimwayne! If you sent your docs through fedex you can track it sa website nila just enter your tracking number and makikita mo dun yung details and kung sino nagreceive ng docs mo.

Hello everybody! Ijust joined this post. Anyone with NOC code 3112? I just want to ask how many points did you put for education? Is an M.D. considered the same as MAsters or Ph.D.? Thanks so much!

hay, naku.

so many glitches in compiling our application. Just taking it as challenges. Ilang beses na na-move ng supposed submission date namin. Hopefully by early december, everything in our application package will be ironed out and ready for that trip to nova scotia.

Hi there!

No, the JD was written/prepared by my previous employer/HR Manager. I shared with them the required JD of NOC 1122 and they tried to capture the highlights of it without altering much the Company's standard JD of my previous role. Have you had the chance to read it?

My brother who did pay a Consultant/Lawyer (based in Canada) to help with their application didn't yield a positive result so we decided to do it ourselves without help.

Hey, thanks for sharing the post regarding AOR - hope we receive ours on or before Christmas, a good Christmas gift!

Thanks,
Anna

I didn’t see your JD, did you post here?

Although I consulted with an immigration lawyer (based in Canada) regarding my application, I prepared and submitted my application by myself.

Hello Twilight!
Do you mind telling me what agency did you seek assistance? Because you know my agent is saying different thing, she says that the number of years of experience is based only on the job under the MI and the rest is just a a work history and would not earn me point at all. I was asking her to enhance my bookkeeper job description because initially its just a summary when we send it to CIO and then she told me we that we don't need to as this will have no bearing at all. I'm really so disgusted!

Hi,

Ask your consultant to read OP 6. Section 12.13.

I will pm u the lawyer’s details.

Nope this is not an AOR, it was just a request for his previous travel abroad. I was following this thread too.

YUP, false alarm! Hope we’ll see the real deal soon. :)

I'm not a 3112 applicant but I believe it’s 25 points.

"Medical doctor degrees are generally first-level university credentials, in the same way that a
Bachelor of Law or a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology is a first level, albeit “professional” degree
and should be awarded 20 points. If it is a second-level degree and if, for example, it belongs to a
Faculty of Graduate Studies, 25 points may be awarded. If a bachelor’s credential is a prerequisite to
the credential, but the credential itself is still considered a first-level degree, then 22 points would be
appropriate. It is important to refer to how the local authority responsible for educational institutions
recognizes the credential: i.e., as a first-level or second-level or higher university credential."

Hi twilight girl!

Please pardon my ignorance, where do I find OP 6 Section 12.13.? I don't want to rely on my consultant anymore I'll find it myself.

Hi twlightgirl! (I love Edward Cullens by the way!)

I posted it in the other forum - I think you can view via the "show all posts" of a member ;-) Let me know what you think about it. Anyway, from what industry have you gained your 1122 experience? I got mine from an outsourcing company and I was assigned onsite (client's office).

Thanks,
Anna

Hi! After lodge we have to wait for our AOR ang not so good news for post June 26 applicants eh wala pa daw nakakareceive ng AOR so we have to be patient in waiting.
