assistant nurse. kasi yun ang nakalagay sa contract ko saka sa certificate of employment. eh kasi yung assistant nurse, nasa level ng LPN. yung staff nurse, nasa level ng RN. so magkaiba sila. pero RN ako sa Pinas. kinulang lang sa experience. hehehe!

notary public will do for other documents, for TOR etc better to pass the original ones... no need for dfa authentication...

Acording to the checklist for manila, photocopies of other documents will do, except transcript which is certified true copy and IELTs which you need to send the original result.. I think other countries have different set of checkist. And specified dun sa checklist not to send the original documents unless specified. For you to verify, check the cic website.

answers:

1. just give them two long envelopes, lagay mo address mo sa gitna, then yung address nila sa upper left corner. padala ka lang ng dalawa since wala naman ibang paraan ng pagsulat sa mga address natin.

Ang alam ko, papel lang, tapos print mo sa gitna yung mailing address mo. Or, pwede ka din bumili nung A4 size na sticker. Kailangan pa ba ng envelopes? alam ko hindi na..

my pleasure... alam mo, pwedeng hindi mo na langyan ng return address... wala naman sila nilagay na maglagay ka ng return address, so yung name and address mo lang pwede na. thanks for bringing that up.. ok lang na makulit kaysa madelay ka dahil nagkamali ka... slowly but surely... basta pag may tanog, i-post nyo lang then we'll try to brainstorm...

full docs meaning pass ka ng original docs to manila VO within or before 120 days ends? kung ganoon nga you have to submit NBI and IELTS result before 120 days expires kung tanong mo may maapektuhan ba? syempre, babagal processing mo kasi may kulang ka eh. i think the most important question here is, what will happen if you failed to submit the remaining documents within or before the allotted 120 days?

what if kung tapos na ung 120 days namin and hindi pa namin napapasa ung NBI and IELTS pero dun sa IELTS nag pasa po kmi ng letter kc medyo mababa daw po ung result namin kc sabi nung agent namin dapat daw 2 high 2 moderate ang makuha namin sa IELTS and sabi pa nung agent na magpasa na daw kmi agad hangang dp nag ddcide ung VO namin! buti n lng may kabagalan ung London VO.

I agree. Dpat kasama ang NBI clearance. Though, wala pa ako nababasa o nababalitaan what happens after the 120 days.

what if kung tapos na ung 120 days namin and hindi pa namin napapasa ung NBI and IELTS pero dun sa IELTS nag pasa po kmi ng letter kc medyo mababa daw po ung result namin kc sabi nung agent namin dapat daw 2 high 2 moderate ang makuha namin sa IELTS and sabi pa nung agent na magpasa na daw kmi agad hangang dp nag ddcide ung VO namin! buti n lng may kabagalan ung London VO.

tama sila athan, walang to follow na docs dapat. i knew somone, also from this forum, she waited for 3 mos for the NBI.

kelan po ba magsisimula ung 120 days? simula nung nagpasa kmi ng full doc or cmula nung natangap namin ung letter from VO? my chance po b na mereject ung case namin if ever na hindi namin mibigay ung mga docs???? :'(

kung talagang hindi aabot mga kulang na documents sa 120 days, you could write a personal letter to london VO if they can give you more time for you to submit the lacking documents but this is far-fetched because most likely they will not give you an extension. Through the course of my application I always consider the date of the letter as the starting date to fulfill any request from manila VO of whatever they want or want me to do.

so malaki po ung chance na ma reject ung case namin??? ung IELTS po namin gumawa po kmi nung letter pero ung sa NBI hindi po. ano po bang pedeng gawin?
