answers:
1. just give them two long envelopes, lagay mo address mo sa gitna, then yung address nila sa upper left corner. padala ka lang ng dalawa since wala naman ibang paraan ng pagsulat sa mga address natin.
2. if you cant secure your previous eployer's cert., you must explain it in writing why you cannot secure it. kung nakabukas pa yung employer mo dati, have someone from the philippines do it for you. kapag nag sarado na that's the time you have to explain in writing.
3. again, dapat i-try mo na ma-gather yung docs required... pag nag-fail explain mo ulit in writing..
