Guys. am I looking at the right site? For the application package .

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/quebec-apply-application.asp

At the bottom part kasi it is stated that "Mail your application to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada.".. i thought sa Montreal?

that is for the federal part. this one is for csq. http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/biq/hong-kong/reach.html#workers

1. I would like to ask where to start. Bago lang po talaga kasi ako.
2. I learned from CIS consultancy that I only need IELTS band score of 5 in all subtests. correct po ba yun? I took IELTS last Nov. 9, wala p po resulta.

1. I would like to ask where to start. Bago lang po talaga kasi ako. start kau sa quebec immig website to evaluate your points, then ascertain your points using cohen's website or some other website.
2. I learned from CIS consultancy that I only need IELTS band score of 5 in all subtests. correct po ba yun? I took IELTS last Nov. 9, wala p po resulta. it depends on your assessment kung ilang points pa kelangan mo. if you get a score of 5 to something, you get 1 point. if you get higher, you get 2 points. see the sites below
1.5 years average for those who applied August 2012 and earlier if priority ung AOT mo. For those who applied Sept 2012 and later, no news yet pero definitely longer.
