I have submitted bank certificate for the CONTRACT RESPECTING FINANCIAL SELF-SUFFICIENCY. But it is not mandatory. See the form carefully. I think it is having advantage to add bank certificate. when they verify your financial self-sufficiency, they can cross checked by your bank certificate. It may faster your process.

During my time, i went to check under which NOC classification i fall under and checked their description. The rule then was you should have at least 80% of what was described or listed there. Don't try to just cut and paste the job description though. During my interview I was asked if my employer prepared the job description that they've sent -- which i have prepared and asked the hiring manager to just sign.

1. My saving account is Bangladesh Currency. I requested to Bank Concern that i am going to apply QSW program. So i need to show equivalent of my saving amount BDT to CAD. Then i checked that day CAD rate at Bangladesh. As per rate, they prepared Bank Certificate for me.
2. Please don't forget, you must follow Financial QSW form require amount.

I did not submit a bank certificate. However, I brought my bank accounts during the interview just in case they will ask for it - they did not...

OK na yung galing sa NSO.. I submitted what I got from the NSO as well... I did not encounter any problems naman

As long as may english translation yung diploma mo ok na yun... Yung sa akin kasi tagalog din but there is an english translation directly below the lines in small fonts lang...

Hello po...plano ko po sanang mag apply psra sa Quebec skilled workers program, kaso po and2 ako now sa kuwait,, ang tanong ko po saan ko ipapadala yung application ko since wala pong immigration services yung canadian embassy d2..or pwede ko po b ipasa nlng sa manila galing d2...sana po matlungan nyu ako
