Hello! Maraming salamat!

Hello to everyone in this thread. I've been following this thread for quite sometime now and all the post are very help. I just want some advice coz I'll be submitting my documents this week, should I need to submit my SSS contributions and Phil health contributions together with the other documents. Because I have a problem a have two jobs now. I work as a callcenter agent at the same time work as a clinic nurse. Now as a clinic nurse I recieve my salary cash basis and not deducted of SSS or philhealth since my call center job has a higher pay its where they get my deductions. Now on my sss my clinic employer is not reflected since I'm not deducted with SSS..what should I do?please please help.im so confuse right now.

Thank you and God bless us all.

strong proof kc ung mga contributions sa sss ng shud be employer mo para sa job experience mo, kung may ITR ka pwede rin, maybe certificate from your clinic pwede depends on the officer na lng kung ano tingin niya dito..

Thank you joidiple sa response.
