friend nag email ako sa biq, about sa new policy, ito reply nila ::
It is decided by the MICC that the new directive will be applied to
files received on or after December 7, 2011 only and the new requirement
will not apply to applications already received before that date.
However, you can send us recognized language test results confirming
your French and English proficiency. If your file is complete and your
assessment indicates that you have attained the general passing grade of
the selection grid, the interview may not be required.
Language skills are always evaluated in the same way, by the same
score. You can find this information in the Guide des procédures
d'immigration at the following address:
hello mam,
exigibles"

"Since December 6, 2011, all applicants of the program workers
seeking qualified points for language skills
French (and joint applicants) and English (applicants only) must
submit with their application for immigration certificates recognized by results
the Department. This new requirement applies to applications received from
December 6, 2011.
The date of receipt of application is the date entered (buffered) by
the MICC on the Application for Selection Certificate (DCS) at the time of
receipt of the request. In addition, to be considered as having been received
by the MICC, the DCS must be duly completed, signed and accompanied by the fee
due."
