hello everybody, i sent this post to help all of you. If you are a filipino and got married outside philippines, you must declare or register your marriage to the philippines embassy or consulate in the country you got married. Then, the embassy (or consulate) will register your marriage to the DFA Manila and the NSO (can take 3 to 6 months). After you got registred to the NSO, you can obtain the true copy of marriage contract on security paper from the NSO, because the visa office for your application will ask you to obtain this document. If your marriage is not registered to the NSO, your marriage is not valid by the visa office.
