salamat, Pachochay! flattered naman ako jan,
ang dami program d2 for us cpa's na funded ng canadian government, kaliwa't kanan. i'm really torn between CGA and CA kaya di ko alam anong program ang papasukan ko. makukulit pa naman mga employment centers d2 na govt' funded, as in pag-aagawan ka, kaya tuloy tuliro ako. my heart wants to pursue CGA kasi general accounting tlga ang field ko, pero CA route is shorter kasi, as of this time.
masama lng tlga loob ko sa CGA kasi ba naman they want me to enroll in FUndamentals of accounting, among others
can u imagine that
kaya ayun, inubos ko lahat ng credentials ko at dinala ko sa office nila last week, ang kapal nge eh, kasi pati mga training certificates sinama ko na. nagulat tuloy ang receptionist, hehehe. hopefully, it would work, pag hindi tlga... bahala na si batman, pakopyahin nya sana ako sa SOA at UFE ng CA, hehe.
i'm jobless for 1 month na since i came here, part time student at part time volunteer. sa sept 24 pa kasi start ang bridging program ng ACCES ( 2 mos yun, full time, which includes canadian business law) kaya volunteer muna byuti ko, i want to create my personal network while trying to speak the language confidently at the same time, and also be a help to others. tska pwede ko din sila gawing reference sa job hunting ko. mutual benefits, kumbaga, bahala na unpaid, rather than sit and sulk.
sana mag move na jan sa VO nyo para kitakits na tayo d2, wla pa akong pinoy na na-meet d2 na cpa, para sana maka compare ng notes.
BZ mom, pwede pa yan balikan profession mo, hehe. i'm amazed at how continuing education is valued here in canada. meron ako classmate sa computer school, he's like 75+ y/o studying computer basics kasi gsto nya daw learn facebook
, dami mga senior citizen doon. so i'm inspired to study kasi di ako ang pinakamatanda, hehe.
napahaba na kwento ko, next time ulit mga kabayan!
