My ftd is 30.3.10, so i may not be fit for this thread.. but just to inform you that whose FTD is 30.03.10 & docs submission in early april.. they got DM .. mine is 30.3.10 but docs submission is 30.04.10 & still waiting for update...

Even i got a mail in rply to my CSQ.. that i need not require to contact for any update.. they will contact as soon as my file will be picked.. so all doors are closed for me for any update.. so i feel that whose FTD is upto May,10 or max june,10 , they will be processed in 2012 ... others may not get chance in 2012...

There is also one reason to say this .. because whose FTD is after that .. they must got their 2nd AOR.. in the last quarter of 2010 so of course it will take 24 months from that date as per current trend.. & update from CHC, ND..

I may be wrong.. pl put yr views on this....

Hello Parhar, I am in the same NOC as yours 4131 and similar timelines like Gill 2nd Aor in July 2010, I sent a case specific enquiry to CHC ND and got a reply that the case will most likely be not processed in 2012, so what makes you think that Gill/anybody during that timelines will get a MR before July 2012 or even in the later half of 2012 and how will CAIPS help if NDVO has clearly communicated in their reply to Case specific Enquiry that they have not even yet begun processing the files?

Can you exact reply you got CHC ND. Its strange that they have started mentioning timelines.

I applied under NOC 4131. My visa office is New Delhi. 2nd AOR in August 2010. My addressed disappeared for the first time on 1st Nov 2011 and since then ECAS status is INPROCESS with RBVO details. Address is missing again now since 13th Dec 2011. Can any body suggest me , What is the status of other Feb/ March applicants ? Are the asked for file update or they are getting MR ?? If file is to be updated , do we have to show balance of last 12 months to Visa office ? Is it true ? and what about IELTS , do I have to give exam again ?

Plz seniors help me .

I have the same timelines, but my address did not disappear since 13th December. Status is still Inprocess with RBVO. Normally they ask for last 6 months POF, if required. We do not need to take IELTS again.

As you have submitted POF with full documents, they may or may not ask for it again with medicals. If they need, they may ask to show POF for the last 6 months. It's better to maintain funds till you get medicals.

in my exp... if something is playing in our file, add appears//disappears... in my case..if add disappeared/reaapears..i was getting response...i hope it will b same for u.

Not to put water over all our aspirations, but I just spoke with my consultant, and he said that they are receiving replies on case specific enquiries from NHC saying that due to the tremendous number of applications received between 2008-2010, (4.5 lacs received against 1.5 lacs expected), processing will / can take up to another 2 years. ??? ???

I HOPE MY CONSULTANT IS WRONG.....

We all should pray for a miracle that our processing happens earlier than expected.

i applied under 3152 but now my consultant told me that my application is returned due to cap
when i was applying i requested to my cosultant that please include my experience in social worker NOC with 3152 NOC , he informed me that your experience in social worker is not related to your education , but now i came to know from this forum that relation between education and experience is not essential.
Now i am preparing my application according to social worker NOC BUT I AM AFRAID that there may be -ve results because in my previous application i have not mention the experinece of social worker NOC
my fellows what you will suggest for me , i am in tension due to my consultant

Well considering the quantom of pending applications,as has been posted by couple of forum members ,if the emphasis is to clear the backlog the things may brighten up for prejune 2010 applicants.This is a conjecture provided qrly review has some possitive results backed by fresh ministerial instructions to this effect.

Sir,we have to think possitive. Hopefully,2012 is destined to end our torturous wait.

Further, Unlike singapore and sydney vo, i dont think new delhi would be asking for updated documents..
