Yes there are chances of getting a rejection after Medicals/RPRF/PPR.

Regarding FIR, I think it depends on the crime, though not very sure.

Hi All,

Has anybody heard of Rejection after Medicals/RPRF/PPR being requested by CHC, New Delhi OR after submitting of these documents?

If a person has a FIR in his/her name in the local police, will that have any affect on the Security check?

Please share your views.

I understand that u are an AEO applicant. Then how come CHC ND has delayed your file for so long ? Few AEO applicants who applied after u have already got the visa. Do they take this much time to verify your job offer from canada ? I think that if u would have applied without AEO, u would have got the visa till now.

I could never be able to apply without AEO because my experience do not fall in ministerial instructed NOCs.

I know the delay is because I was in Canada for more than 4 years.

Pls give ur valuable inputs on this i would b realy thankful to u

My wife is principle applicant and currently i am in Africa for my business but my concern is that can my wife also come to africa for few months.Since she is the PA so does it affect our case if she comes moreover we r not sure abt wen our medicals will come so realy confused ??? My business is runnin good in africa than in india and am plannin to stay there till my medicals come but at the same time i also love my wife very much and wanted her to come there....

It seems that canada thing has put our lives on hold.......

Any Advice plzzzz

If your wife will stay in africa for more than 3 months then, she will need to obtain PCC from the African Nation and will have to submit to CHC. Also, it may delay your process as they will do background check from Africa.

Yea, I still feel Canada as my home. The most valuable of span of my life was spent in Canada i.e., age 21-25.
