7500 is the target for 2011 they are processing post june cases ,i intended to inquire about no of post june appicants getting visas out of 7500 n rest may be granted to us

Dude, we pre-june people are not getting the VISA in this year. Probably we could be accommodated in 2012 quota

dont stick on 7500...its a rubbish imagination. if you are lucky, you will get soon. that't it/ there is no basic for cic ND to go ahead for approval. its like a random lottery.

I asked my lawyer about current data of visa targets n fitting of us in that he replied as follows

"We are not yet in receipt of current available targets after january 2011. New instructions are set to release soon.

CIC has started nation wide consultation to manage targets. It is likely that major decision is in pipeline."

First of all if u have written this on the behest of ur frustration due to delay, then my full support is with you. N if not then i must say, s term n conditions (which u ve clicked agreed)for joining this forum are same for all. U dont enjoy any supremacy to preach me what to do what not to.N You are not a Canadian bureaucrat to report bogus to all consultants (CSIC also) . n How naive to say that if we cant study immigration rules we are not SKILLED WORKERS...........lol jus rethink dude. N the forum dont bar us from sharing third party info...
on the contrary i am trying to get as much info from my personal sources in this tense situation and share with buddy applicants i think i am commited to help friends , no matter of what magnitude ..............n by mentioning my lawyer i ve not forced u or anybody to hire him so stay calmed in this situation . i ve seen in a australia immi forum where people were just disbursing their frustration of delay to each other, so dont act like that by using non parliamentary language here....

Guys, this 7500 yearly target for ND was originally posted on the lawpoint immigration site (still not authentic, but 7500 seems close to me).

Processing time increase. Very old news. Atleast a month old.

Don't be judgmental. There are good consultants and there are bad consultants. If the guy is happy with his consultant what is our problem in it.

I plan to apply under skilled worker once the new list is out. However my employers are refusing to give me reference letter with job duties. Can any one let me know what are my alternates. I have joining and relieving letter from my employers.
