Hi everybody,

I have a few queries:

1. How much time it takes for the DMP to send our medicals to CHC, New Delhi?

2. When does the E-CAS gets updated that they have received our medicals? Does it gets updated for everyone who had sent medicals or it depends on the CHC clerk?

3. What are the chances of getting VISA after getting PPR, RPRF and medical request from CHC?

Great News for AEO applicants,

Even I feel they should be given highest priority as they already have jobs.

But I guess they have more background checking as they not only have to check current work but also whether the job is genuine or not and hence the delay...

Either way its a great news!!!!

AEO cases are sensitive. It's hard to understand the AEO cases pending for more than one year.
You think yourself:-Will the vacancy remain vacant for one year just for the AEO applicant whose file is pending in CHC. CHC guys are smart enough. In AEO cases agents are earning big time, no doubts about that.

I asked my lawyer about current data of visa targets n fitting of us in that he replied as follows

"We are not yet in receipt of current available targets after january 2011. New instructions are set to release soon.

CIC has started nation wide consultation to manage targets. It is likely that major decision is in pipeline."
