BUT ITS NO USE TO FILE A CASE, UNLESS U WANT TO BURN YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AND HARD-EARNED MONEY !
THEY WILL SAY THAT THEY ( CHC ND ) DID NOT FORCE YOU TO FILE FOR CANADA PR AT GUN-POINT, RATHER IT WAS YOU WHO ARE DESPERATE TO GO TO CANADA. YOU GOT MY POINT ?
SO FORGET THIS WHOLE THING LIKE A BAD NIGHTMARE OR A DREAM !

my point is that we need canada more than canada needs us, because canada can get countless new immigrants from every part of the globe, and CHC ND knows that. they can definitely treat however they want, because we had approached them for PR, they had not approached us. got my point ?
i would say stick with your application, do not withdraw it. just forget it and carry on with your other plans and opportunities in life,

I don't think you can file case.

The only option you have is to send a mail to the minister and request him to speed up the processing which I did.
Or you can try other ways to go to Canada: Further Studies or Temperory Work permit.

What I meant was that this is a different reply than 'the one wait for 2 years'.
In my opinion the CHC/CIC received lot of emails regarding this.
Hence they changed their reply.

It could also be a possibility that migratic2ca is an AEO applicant and hence the diff reply.

they have not changed their tune. People are still getting reply for waiting for 2 years or more.

Manek is about get medicals and his ECAS is In Process with RBVO. It means it is possible that once ECAS changes to IP with RBVO then, even if your actual processing starts it may not appear on ECAS.
