Guys, who completed med's - Please help me here...

1. RPRF. 21440 in the name of "Canadian High Commission" payable at New Delhi
For myself and spouse, can i take 1 DD of 42880/- or do i have to take 2 different DD's?

2. Original PP's; When i have to submit, immediately after medicals or after 3-4 days?
Through SPEED POST, or courier will work?

3. In one Cover, i have to put RPRF-DD & 2 passports, and send it to the

• High Commission of Canada
  7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri
  New Delhi - 110 021, India
  Telephone: 91 (11) 4178-2000

- Is that right or any change? Apart from this do we have to submit anything? Thanks in advance....

make two not one draft of 21440 each and write at the back of each draft what it is for and for whom.

speed post is the best option because even if your passports are lost or misplaced by potal department you are covered , no courier service will give you that assurance. by speed post it will take three days max.

ask your doctor if he/she require further tests and for that he/she needs passports then you can't send them right way, better to wait for couple of days .

HI Jams2,

I am also confused about the above said post. As per her she is pre June (may) applicant and sent docs in october'10 and got her medicals so early. she is not AEO. Now today her ecas is saying "decision made".

In the above thread some other people are talking that their freinds have got medicals ( who applied in may/june) .

Some are saying that the cosultants are saying that may applicants are getting medicals.

But no other forum member has confirmed this. I dont know that wheather the above info is reliable ir not.

Single DD is also fine (I did the same).

I sent the PP after getting confirmation from my DMP.

I sent it through Bluedart courier.

Most important: Send all your passport (Current + Old)

Thanks a ton for your valuable inputs... I really admired about the info here that friends are sharing. Even if we pay our hard earned money to a consultant also, we won't get useful info or at least on time... This forum is really a good one.

Bar codes come with Second AOR, by scanning the same CHC knows which file number the document belongs. In case you do not have bar code just write the file no. on cover letter

Cover letter just thanks them for their communication and you explain what ever you have attached
1.) Draft drawn on the bank and dated and number
2.) Passport for whom and what number

and then thank them

I dont have bar codes in 2nd AOR. As u advised, i will mention my 2nd file number. I will do that...

Guys, Just to inform u that i received my passports with visa stamped yesterday.Thanx a ton for ur support.

File Transfer-10th march 2010, Medical request-14th feb.2011,Medicals done on 15th feb.2011,Remedical request-1st march 2011, visas received-25th march2011.
