@ GIBALA;

Obtain this letter from your local RTA [where your driver's license issued]. That is more than enough to obtain a G2/G1 or G type license depends on your experience. it is always better to carry international driver's license. It will take 2-4 days to get if you apply. Hope this helps... :)

Hi,
Actually it might be the matter of the NOC code. They could be in demand rightnow.
I came to know that post june'10 NOC codes are in damn great demand rightnow. And some of the occupations are in most demand. So it might be possible that they are giving MR to them first. And its not that NDVO is not working on Pre June'10 lots. The ratio of applicants vary a lot in pre june'10 and post june'10, so it seems to us that post june'10 are getting visas faster.
Pre June'10 applicants are too many. And many are getting responses as we have seen on last tuesday. so my friend, have finger crossed. May be its our turn now.
Dont worry friend.
Just Chill.

i got my passport after one week of my ecas change to DM.

One more thing to inform:
Today I talked with my consultant. He informed me that the procedure at VOs have changed after June'10. Now they have divided the work of VOs under different codes. i.e. from the 1st day the applicant's docs goes directly to the table for that particular code table. This saves many months timing. More ever, those codes whose demand is greater are given first preference and they are solved at highest priority.
And the occupations that are not in great demand and whose applicants are too many in number, gets the least preference because they have enough time to look at them and they cannot grant visa to each and every because of limited no. of immigrants permission. So they are checking in deep about those applicants and call them for interviews and try to cross check too.
This might seem bit discouraging and tough but there is no need to worry since most of us have legitimate docs. The only thing that will happen is MORE TIMING.
So we have to learn patience now because it could be much more frustrating then what seems right now.
Just one advice: Continue with whatever profession you are in.... There is no fix time line for this. Dont just depend on this. Some might get visa soon and some might take a lot time. It might be hurtful but truth is somewhat like this.
Sorry if hurted someone. So have LOTS OF PATIENCE. Nobody knows when will our turn come.

Note: The above views are just my analysis and so can't be fully rely on.

Hi All,

Those who have their status as 'In Process' with RBVO details inside along with the address missing - Could you please check your ecas to see if your address has re-appeared back and if the details inside are still the same. Just curious, since I checked my ecas today and my address has re-appeared back but inside details are still the same. :(

Regards,
Sakhi.

HI,
yes, u r right.
Same thing with many of us.
And by the way your and mine FTD are same. So b in contact and let us inform one another if any of us get any updates.

@ fireworks,

I agree with you that they are priortising the NOCs. But what confuses me further is that some of the march/april applicants are left whose noc is in 29 professions. Anyways, I appericiate your positiveness on this forum throughout.

@Sakhi,

same is with me. In process with RBVO details inside. adress was missing from 2 weeks but it has appeared from last wednesday. It is the same with many applicants.

Hi fireworks & parygre,

Thanks for your response. Could you please provide your details so that tarakrs can update it in the table which he beautifully maintains for this thread. :)

Regards,
Sakhi.
