Physical verification is very difficult here in India as there are millions of applications and attending each is not possible within the time frame of CHC. There might be a few, however, not all. I hardly see any member in this forum writing about even telephone verification. So even telephone verifications are less, physical is not so feasible.

They only do telephone verification to doubtful cases and physical verification to too much doubtful and suspicious cases.

Best of luck to all with a successful life in Canada.

@laklak: I agree with you that frequent queries in NOT ok with the CHC. That is taken as a negative. But i disagree that the 11 months are counted from the full doc submission. As per my understanding, the 11 months are counted from the date the CHC receives the initial doc package (i.e. FTD). This doc package is just the few forms put up on the CIC website (it has a checklist too).

Thanks.

Hello Hunker,
Is there a fee to attend the CIIP seminars, and if yes, then how much?

Thanks,
CC

No laklak,

It is not counted from FTD it is based on full docs received by them(complete application package)..if they ask for further docs then it will extended to that additional docs submission date.... if it is based on FTD then you & me both have already crossed 11 months but why still "RBVO"?

Please follow the link given below...

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/skilled-que.asp

then clik on to "(based on a complete application package)"

Honeyjack :)

Thanks honey jack....but still for me its nearing 11months cause i have submitted my docs in CHC ND in Apr 07...reached there on 08th.....and AOR dated 15th Apr......what say.... when can i expect.....cheers...arun

@honeyjack,
If you go through different threads on this forum, you'll notice that visa office does not open files based on document submission. Just check threads where people have submitted documents in April, May, etc. If that would be the case all applicants who submitted documents in April should be cleared and only than May will be cleared or at least they should show in process in order. But as observed by Tarak and other its not the case and hence this thread was started. Till now ND CHC was following a pattern based on file transfer date.
Now a days it is just random, or we are yet to figure out the pattern.
I guess there r lot of factors in opening a file and they consider file transfer, document submission, NOC, and many other things before opening a file.

As per CIC stating time based on Complete application package, I wanna say that CIC uses this as
1. Your application is complete when all documents reaches Visa office. Hence Visa office have to give this statement.
2. If they give ftd as basis than their timeline will increase.
3. When I initially applied the time was 8 months(as in most of those on this forum). I was under impression that 8 months will include the time from initial application. I think visa offices of CIC websites should mention full time instead of just visa office time.
But they are not gonna do that cos it increase their time line.

Actually I am behind you as i have submitted my docs to 30.04.10 & recd 2nd AOR on 05.05.10, so may get update earlier then me.. :)

I also recommend you to follow HRSDC site to see the requirement of 1111/0111 in canada in this year as this is also a crucial info with regard to our apporval.

as far as 11 months are concerned they have finalize (approved/ rejected) the applications in this time. so we are still on RBVO at this stage still meds to go.... so i guess we must get any update in next week or so....
