I will not agree with you, as the procedure itself says that if you have 1 year experience (out of your last 10 years) in this NOC, you are eligible to apply.

Now how do you justify this?

sorry barun to hear about your case. I am sure...you have right to appeal. You must appeal with the assistance from wwics. It happens and takes time to get decision. But as far I know, these people want to exclude whatever they can do. But at last, they have to follow the rules and requirement. I am 100% sure, her logic will be invalid and you will get success. Ask WWICS to appeal the case coz you have already paid for that services and You dont have to spent any money for this case. I know about wwics, they want to divert you from appealing, coz it costs them time, effort and money. So plz...I am in London and I have seen such cases, at last, our frns got success. Best of luck and go ahead for appealing. Just think within that you have to make professional and competent trainer/manager. Plz...follow me...I am sure ..you will get success.

Hello friends.....

I have received my passports with visa and landing papers today evening... My e-cas turned Decision Made yesterday itself. We were waiting for the postman to confirm.....Visa stamped date is Feb9

My friends and family are very happy to hear the news

I thank all my forum members especially taraks ..for maintaining the table and giving valuable information..... It really helped me in tracking the details.... It was a indeed a long journey starting from Dec 2009 to Feb 2011

All the best guys.......and will definitely pray for all to get their visa soon......

check your email... I have gone thru it and I recommend you not to go for an appeal.... It is not your fault but your consultant did not do enough home-work for submission...
