hi i met a friend yesterday his file transfer date is 27 jan still hasnot recieved any medicals . so ama bit hesitent to think all jan applicants are over with medicals .

So CHC issue visas about 1000 cases in a month i.e. 50 cases a day appx.

This indicates CHC is needs to clear 50 cases a day................

What is PNP & difference between PNP & Family class?

PNP is Provincial Nominee Program

It is very similar to FSW application with AEO..... CIC has given authority to 11 provinces to chose skilled people as per the demand / skill shortage in their provinces. To be eligible under PNP one has to meet all criteria for a particular province's PNP rules and regulations. In most cases a job offer is must and after that the province approves the case and then it goes to CIC for to authorize Permanent Residency.

What I explained above is general requirement for all provinces however, there are several additional requirements from province to province for PNP.

Family Class Visa

A Family class visa is sponsorship visa to your family members. This includes your spouse, parents and dependent children.

Dr. Sahab...just speculating....may be he sent his full docs in the month of may or june and CHC may be working according to a combination...as in Jan-April then Feb April....I have this feeling that you status will change this tuesday
