First of all, parents and siblings are not considered as your family members... Even if you wish to take them with you, it is not possible.... They are considered as extended family members. Since, they are not considered as family members, it does not matter if they have passports or not.
The VO will overlook these details.

I have some queries, hope you wont mind solving it.
I am the only prinicpal applicant (UNMARRIED), and my family members are not going with me. however, in FAMILY DECLARATION form I have mentioned my family members names: both my parents and my sister. But they all dont had the passports then..and i mentioned in the form as Passport - Asked for or Applied for.
Is it neccessary for the unaccompanying family members to have a passport???
my second question to you is...Which Canadian city or province has got good opportunities for HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS like me.
I m really confused over VANCOUVER and CALGARY??/
