I have one query - are your predictions restricted to Delhi office only, or do they apply to other offices also?
Mine is London office and my case was transferred on 30th March 2010. can i expect any movement in my case in couple of weeks?

Buddy, I did not predict anything for CHC, ND... I had only closely observed CHC, ND processing method for last 1 month or so n i was came to some assumptions...

For CHC, london, it could be different...

I mean for CHC, ND 2 months back it was not this kind of processing method... they were processing cases as per docs sent to them but, since there were cases transferred to them in dec and jan so, I believe since, it has been more than 9 months since files were transferred to them and that is causing the average processing time for the local consulate.... They also have to keep a good record on this and i believe hence; they started processing the cases as per file xferred dates.....

I hope you got my point.... now, for CHC, london you can do ur own study and come to assumptions.....

I have an update, my status changed to 'In Process" this Tuesday and I received my Medical packet Tuesday morning(Before change in ECAS) . I was out of the country so could not update you guys.

Well , icing on the cake is that hamari Biradari se bhi file clear hui. You know that in the new rule they have taken out this cateogary and so any goof-up here means you are gone for six ... as the cateogary is no longer eligible under the skilled catoegary

Hello Friends,

Pls add me in the list so that i can also be a part of this team.

i started this process in Jan 2010. In march i received file no and was asked to submit my papers. On april 27 i sent my papers to HC.
as per rules we should get the reply with in 4 months. its been more than 5 months and we have mailed embassy twice but have recieved no reply.... i am really tense nd dont know how these people are working nowadays.

are they really working slow ..... please reply to my mail as i hardly know anybody who has applied for Immigration.
