We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 5, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on February 10, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on June 16, 2010.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Tarak and all other dear members....if you see that in subhashs case it took nearly 10 months from the date of file transfer...therefore i think they are following the 10 month policy from the date of file transfer which is shown in the processing time for ND office...take care all....

There was a case from london embassy who had applied in 4131 and had only avg. 6 bands in ielts. His total points were more than 67 but VO rejected him stating that his profession requires fluent english and his score in IELTs is low to moderate.

right but, subhash had trouble with his child's passport and 10 months are include PP stamping.

ya that's true....one more thing tarak....is there any point in sending a case specific to chc that my 8 months will be over in december...because i think they are processing on the base of file xfer date....i think 8 months is just not to bother them scheme....i sent one case specific in october...when it was 7 months and they didn't say anything abt 8 months...they said they will be in touch with me once they start processing my application.....

I got my status changed to IN PROCESS today.

File transfer on 24th february.

Document sent on 14 April.

Started processing from 23 November.

Can anyone tell me when will I get Medicals request? ;

Sorry to say do you have any travel history....... I do feel that persons having travel history are getting a little bit delays as Background and security checks consume lots of time.........

In case you dont have any history it will come this month for sure........
