Is it by e-mail or snail mail?

God knows. Current Ecas is in process with RBVO. They send us email back in May saying they want to send medical but needs some updated information. After we sent it immediatly they have now come up with medical after 6 months.
In between address disappear for almost 4-5 times.

My IELTS score is 6.5 (L 8.0, R 6.5, W 5.5, S 6.5). Is it considered as low? My overall points comes to 76.

Congratulations for receiving MR.

Why r u waiting for postal mail? Print forms mailed to you, Go to DMP and get your medical done. It may happen that you might not receive MR through post. BTW what is your FTD and 2nd AOR date?

Congrats... i also sent full docs on 30.04.10 & my FTD is 30.03.10 but i have not recd any communication till date , i hope i will get it shortly...

Hi Honeyjack,

Pls note that Manek is on FSW 2 category. Hence it is not necessary that your case would be processed the same way as Manek's though your timelines are similar.

I am FSW2 case but never treated like that, and now with medical I came to know they have changed my category to FSW3. So your chances are good to get Medical soon.

Hi,
If yr application is within processing time (means under 16 months from date of docs submission to ND VO) then u will get standard reply & if u crossed this timeline then u will receive case specific reply of yr inquiry..
I had an inquiry after my time completion & recd reply specifically ..... NOT TO CONTACT FOR ANY UPDATE as they are reluctunt to reply on our case.. this is for sure...
I am also sure that our case will be tagged BFD untill we complete 24months... what do you say ?????????

Hi Honey,

I have already completed 16 months of document submission. But I think, I still got the standard reply as VO told me that my file is not likely to be processed in 2012. I don't believe that it would happen considering the fact that many pre-june applicants who submitted documents in 2Q of 2010 are getting MR/other update on their file. What do you say? I think our file should be in process in 1Q of 2012.
