Hi All,

I have a few queries,

1. Do we receive PPR along with medical request or separately? Mostly together from CHC, ND
2. What all tests are performed during medicals and how much theycost? Fees are mentioned in Med forms. Chest X-ray, Urine, Blood and physical tests
3. Is getting medical request a confirmation of getting a visa? No
4. How much time it takes to get visa after medicals? Varies from case to case but usually within 2 months
5. One of my friends got medical request after he was asked to submit additional docs regarding his job and other things. Does that mean he got medical after thorough verification or still verification might be there? Depends, he might get a call

Hi all (Jan/Feb/Mar 2010 group, nd pp followup thread, apr 2010 group and may 2010 group)

I have been a silent observer and beneficiary of all the discussion that this group has offered over the last 18 months or so. I received my pp with visa stamped on Sat morning. Thank you to all of you for the support and help that this forum has provided.

My details are as follows:
1) Initial application - Mid Nov 2009
2) Req for full docs - Jan 15th, 2010
3) Submitted full docs - May 15th, 2010. AOR for this was sent to me end of May 2010
4) Req for medicals + pp - Oct 20th, 2010
5) Submission of pp + medicals - Oct 27th, 2010
6) Renewed pp and resubmitted pp for stamping - Apr 20th, 2011
7) Decision made status on ecas - May 31st, 2011
8) Received pp with visas for me and my spouse - Jun 4th, 2011
9) Visa was issued on May 27th, pp mailed out on May 30th and we received it on Jun 4th.
10) We received an email notification stating that our pp were mailed to us today on Jun 6th.

No interviews needed. Landing planned in the next month or so.

Our NOC code was 0213.

Yes, when I sent CSP. and then after my status was changed in process with RBVO
