In 2003 and 2004 applicants were informed to wait for about 4 years anyways.

When they say 2 years, it is just an assumption from them. When a new NOC list will come in july, they will start processing them before us.

Ideally, they are creating another backlog for pre june 10 applications.

This is stupid. If they were receiving more no. applications then they anticipated then they could have posted on the website, instructing people not to send any application under FSW program for certain NOCs.
they could have instructed CIO, Sydney not to accept any application or to return them with message.

I understand CIC granted tons of applications under 4131, 0213, 0111 and 1111 NOCs but, people who got the visa and we are having same skills. It is just matter of time of lodging the application.

It simply make no sense to put us in a backlog where we don't know when our turn will come?

Lakhs of applications multiplied by INR 50,000 roughly means interest free money for so many years... smart ecomonics by Canada... we should all visit Shantipath for a peaceful procession..anybody has contacts in press... we should not take this lightly.....FIGHT BACK...Any body ready to join...

Well It won't make any difference. They have already mentioned about full refund in the email so they are safe. These policies are not made by CHCs but, by higher authorities in Canada.

In the reply from CHC, nd it is mentioned that It will take 2 years or more to process many of applications filed before 26 June 2010. However it is not written anywhere that they are putting our application on hold.

It means all ftd having 30 march 10 will be processed within 2 years.

We are the first in the queue so for e.g., if they process our applications in say 15-18 months then too, April, May, June, July and August ftds will cross 2 years of timeline.

Lets keep it positive and pray almighty that my calculation of this time for processing proves to be correct.

Buddy you are sitting pretty after getting visa. Its easy for you to impart gyan to others...its because of fake guys like you (8 bands in IELTS and you cant frame 2 sentences gramatically correct ) that the policies of Canadian government have become stringent. So you think about applicants of 2002. I have a better suggestion- Think of Japanese guys who died in Tsunami and commit suicide...

Master in Professional Accounting with distinction ( from Australia) from 2004 - 2006
Bsc. hons. with distinction ( Economics) Punjab school of economics 2000-2003
Senior Secondary with 92% in non medicals from CBSE new delhi
IELTS in 2003 8.5 bands in Academics
(ALL FAKE OF COURSE)

and i was working as an accountant for last five years. not gonna tell you the name from where

but you will again find my grammar mistakes in it , and world will move on

Guys don't be so negative, they have said the process will take 2 years, but despite that response, in another thread (New Delhi passport tracking thread) we have witnessed total 5 (2 visa and 3 DM after medical) updates in a single week, and out of these 5, 4 were pre 26/6 applicants..

So its not like they have put our cases on hold.. Its tough time for all of us, but situation demands a bit patience, and lets hope CHC pickup the pace and carry on.. so that we all blessed with visa very soon..

I too agree with Tarakrs. VO is not planning to hold on the processing of Pre June 2010 cases. Need little more patience and we will get the medicals in couple of months time.

I send a case specific enquiry on May 17th but didn't get a reply so far.
