my status changed to in process with missing address in e-case but no changes inside in details

i am just wondering that as i can see lots of april and may file transfer dates applicant are with status of rbvo and i am getting update

stange but of course i am very happy that finally something has happened

should i apply for caips now to get more details or wait

hi...u know jan 26th was a holiday..but we became in process on that day...after that no change...case specific enquiry shows only that automatic reply...i am loosing patience..i can't wait more...will become mad!!
