I need some help from all of you.....

I need NOCs of all those applicants whose status got changed to In Process but having details of RBVO in last 2-3 weeks.

If you can find out if that NOC did / did not fall in 38 occupation then it will be a great help.

Once let me collect enough information from you guys and then I may be able tell you what m i up to

Looking at the pattern so far , which is ofcourse quite haphazard...., it seems that CHC is picking cases within scope of processing timeline having NOCs in current demand back at Canada. (quite possible market is constantly evolving & changing out there ).

As a result even April/June cases are gone under Processing...leaving behind March cases.

This is my reading so far, might be wrong.

My NOC as mentioned in my profile is 7242.

It comes under the 38 occupations listed in Pre 26 June and the 29 occupations listed Post 26 June.

My status is showing 'In Process' since 26th January with RBVO details.

My status changed to In process on 09 Feb. Details are same as RBVO. I am an AEO case with NOC 4131.
4131 comes under the 38 occupations listed in Pre 26 June.

Other details are in my signature.

U should chek again your status.. because they added just one line under the "RBVO status info". chek again

but, before I come to any assumption, I need some more cases.... It doesn't matter if they ar pre-26 june or post 26-june cases.... I think in some other threads also there were cases with the similar situation.... I am trying myself to gather information but, I need some more hands...

The only change this tuesday was removal of my mailing address from status.

it is now stating:

If you want to see the details of an application, click on the underlined status.

Status is If you want to see the details of an application, click on the underlined status.
The status shows In process

On clicking it I get the following status

We received your application for permanent residence on March 4, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 20, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on April 27, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you.

Mine is a similar case- NOC code 4121. Inprocess since 2 weeks. NOC code has been removed now.
