In fact my point of view is the same.
Canadian embassies across the world are migrating towards a new process along with standardization. This will reduce confusion and processing time and maybe getting of new PR card and Canadian Passports too.
Roseapple's post may or maynot be true but it raises a valid issue. When fast track option was introduced all the older applicants(i.e. in backlog) were given less priority than post Feb 2008. So there are high chances that Post 26 June applicants are given priority over the older ones after all these professions are more in demand.
Lets not get depressed though as most of march file transfer cases are in process. So our cases won't get as delayed as pre Feb 2008
