AHH !! i see ... interesting I will call them up now and see what they tell me. How long does it take for the customer relationship manager to call you back ?

did he give you any tentative dates you should hear back and other details or did he just say its under review ?

Hey! My file is under review required too as of December 27th, I applied last April and got AOR some time in May.
It's kind of annoying bc I've had 2 closed work permits under NOC 4163 in the last 3 years so not too sure what the issue is but we'll see..

Welcome to the file stuck in limbo group alevator... I am in review required phase since october 2013 ... and applied december 2012 .. at this point i am loosing my mind.

Yeah I'm not sure what the issue is, I applied for a work permit with the exact same title/duties under NOC 4163 and got the work permit approved in June, so if there was a discrepancy between the job and the letter I assume the work permit would have been denied too.

Are you sure ur in review for NOC code vs job letter ? what did the notes say ? coz i am in review for that

I work for a website and the notes say they are having issues finding the French content on the website I work for. So I guess it's in review for that, but all it says is "review required" under Eligibility.

So everyone waiting here ..

I called CIC and raised a complain .. and the customer relation manager called back . He said the same thing richi was told file under review no exact timeline. He did suggest 3 things :

1. do the waiting game
2. Lodge a official complaint against CIC saying this is unjust
3. create another file and put it in process with another category.

I have no idea what to do .. Looks like they are starting to finalize aug , sept , oct 2012 applications hopefully we hear soon. !!

Well he said doesn't look like u shld be rejected .. if they were completely dissatisfied they would have rejected you a while back. But thats all he can say.

I dunno i am thinking of creating a new application and keeping it ready just in case.

well. he did sound very postive and said the same thing . i am going to apply for BOWP next month.
I think i've decided to wait and gonna keep quite for while.. the more u think the problem gets bigger...
