File transferred to St. Clair office the second time.

My wife's pre test RQ was sent to Scarborough office last May. After that, the call centre said the file was reviewed in St.Clair.
This July when we called again, the file was in Scarborough again. Now the call center told us that the file was transferred to ST.Clair office.

Please help to give some idea on this. Thanks for that!

Instead of keep calling the call centre, you better go to pray in the temple or church. The outcome is the same : Uncertainty. At least praying is good for your soul.
Don't keep calling the call centre, different agent will sing a different song for you. If you are very lucky, some agents would tell you the real condition about your application, but this is a rare case. I think your file is in queue to be reviewed. After 35 months, you can either keep waiting or get a lawyer to settle it in the court. This is how things are done.

It might be a good idea to make an ATIP request. It takes 30 days to receive the information.

As I have the right to vote, some PC MPs keep email to us.
Not sure it is time to mention this issue which showing the great PC leadership ability to these MPs before 2015 election.

If you withdraw and reapply, they have to give you an RQ in the new application. Better wait, as currently even applicants with RQ got result in less than 1.5 years. Put it this way : PR and citizenship, both taste the same. It's just a license to vote and visa-s waiver, everything else is the same. But don't keep calling the call centre, as most agents will use their imagination to answer your question.

guys one question during the entire process of citizenship application sometimes file move from one office to another so same officer does not follows those file?. so can we say that files are picked on adhoc basis by any CO officer. e.g one CO officer checks file updates some comments and puts back in shelf then another officer picks the same file and writes comment and puts back. is this how file is processed?

Thanks Sir! It fact I can accept waiting. But the last phone call relly piss me up. The woman on the phone heard like a lord. We paid tens of thousand dollars each year for their salary and we paid the application fee for their service. What we get is begging for merssy!
