File transfer from Buffalo- New york visa office- share timeline

hey guyes ,, i am really worried now .. i dont know whts going on in NY .. my med was sent to Ottawa on the 8th of july '10 and cic had updated my E-Cas into "recieved medical"" on the mid september'10 .. there is still now sign on PPR .. i dont have any idea what to do. .. Is there any one who is on the same boat like me here?? .....................

Anyone received medical request recently from NYO?

My file was transferred to NY in August 2010 and In Process in August 31st. I am in FSW1 category and not sure how long I will have to wait for Medical Requests.

don't worry..
i was all anxiety since november when my request didn't come on the expected two months..
I just got it on january 3rd and already submitted my passport and photos...
if mine was late and arrived, yours is gonna arrive too..
don't worry.. it will come to you soon..

hi, guys,

i received my immigrant visa on 4th jan.
my case was transfered to ny in april,2010.
then it turned to 'in process' in june , 2010.
medical exam was finished in aug. 2010.
ppr requested in dec. 2010.
got passport with immigrant visa.

i sent pp by express mail on dec 29, and bought pre-paid express one.
it arrived at ny at noon on dec. 30.
stamped on jan. 4
I received on jan. 7.

After you mentioned it, I checked my e-cas and it has changed to "Decision Made" as well. I guess we can hope it is a positive sign!
