My File was transfered to Newyork office on May 25th and Status changed to Inprocess on Jun 16th , but so far no medical , its almost 100 days now, Raised a case specific enquiry on sep 1st, but no reply so far
 
Guys, Good news...I received my PPR yesterday i.e. 13-Sep-10. I am so relieved.... and happy.... :D

In my case the e-Cas was udpated on 10-Aug and still waiting for PPR. I don't think that there is any fixed timeline. It varies from case to case. I have seen few cases where in PPR was issued with in 2 -3 weeks.

I had provided bank statements going back 6 months to Buffalo and now the NY office has asked me for proof of funds once again. I'm trying to decide what I should provide as proof of funds...Another set of bank statements for the past 6 months or a letter from the bank saying how much is in my account or are they looking for something else?
 
I sent a letter from bank also, which indicates the date when you open account with them, your current balance and your average balance (for the time range you choose 3 months, six months or a year). Bank of America charges 10$ and it takes 5-7 business days to receive the letter.
