File transfer from Buffalo- New york visa office- share timeline

Hi All,

My patience is running out.........mainly because my status turned to "In-Process" on June 24th and no medicals yet i.e. August 7th . Hence I thought of bringing this thread back to life.

As far as I have tracked this forum, Pasi, OrangeC, and WaitingForPR_09 were the lucky ones who got it really fast. Here is compliation of us who are waiting (data from this thread). By the way, mine and murthy909 dates are exactly same!!!

Please update my details up here. My status changed to in process on 28th May and i havent heard anythn after that...just waiting on medicals. Mine and jstar 's file was transferred the same day to NY from Buffalo.

Mark_imim and you finally got the status changed to "In Process". I'm the the only one who left behind . Nothing happened, and I couldn't contact them before Oct 14 (. Another week has passed with no news....

Thank you for the kind words.. I will wait until August 11th and by that time nothing turns out, i will give them a shout.

Don't worry jstar, they said the waiting time is 90days. And that was the earliest timepoint we can contact them. Earlier than that, they have their rules

My e-cas status changed to "in-process" on August 3, 2010.

Does anybody know when we will know about inteview waived information? Is it when they communicate about medical or after that?

We received your application for permanent residence on November 2, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 12, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New York office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the New York office on January 20, 2010. The New York office may contact you.

We transferred your application to the New York office on July 27, 2010. The New York office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on August 3, 2010. .

@ spur230 - They typically ask for medicals and waive/not waive interviews at the same time. You can expect yours in the next 2 weeks.

got my passports back today with the visas stamped on Aug 3rd.
