Pasi, WaitingForPR_09, OrangeC and all others who received medicals, did all you guys had employment verification call.

If yes then I guess people who are waiting for Medical from more than two months after file transfer, maybe consulate is trying to reach your employer but cannot get through.

What do you say senior members, if they cannot somehow get hold of someone to verify employment, will they keep on trying and will not proceed further or eventually they will just consider your salary certificate and job letter.

I am not sure if my employer was contacted. Mine is a big company and I have no way to know if they contacted my HR.

Full Application Sent to Buffalo : Jan 2010
File Transfer to NY : Apr 27,2010
E-CAS Status : In-Process (Since June 24,2010)

I have not received medical request or any document request.I have not contacted the consulate yet regarding the status of my file, is time to send the consulate or should I wait ?Seniors Please guide me..

My patience is running out.........mainly because my status turned to "In-Process" on June 24th and no medicals yet i.e. August 7th . Hence I thought of bringing this thread back to life.

As far as I have tracked this forum, Pasi, OrangeC, and WaitingForPR_09 were the lucky ones who got it really fast. Here is compliation of us who are waiting (data from this thread). By the way, mine and murthy909 dates are exactly same!!!

Don't worry jstar, they said the waiting time is 90days. And that was the earliest timepoint we can contact them. Earlier than that, they have their rules
