Did anyone go through "Request For File Review Processing"? I heard during file review process they thoroughly check documents by committee members. Some people prefer go with hearing rather go for file review process cause committee members thoroughly check documents and if they do not understand something/not cleared/satisfied or found lack credibility then they refer for regular hearing afterward that hearing becomes very hard and specific as it was reviewed thoroughly. Please share your opinion. I know it depends on case to case.

I had this. They send me less complex case.... And I sent to them documents. After 3 months they gave me a hearing date. It was short hearing. But 10 days before hearing they postponed and same day they approved without hearing. Go for it. I believe you will approved without hearing.

I'm thinking to go with file review process request. I'll have to submit evidence with file review application. But I heard they become very strict during hearing if they do not accept the file review request.
Middle of April 2022 submit claim
Beginning of August 2022 less complex case
En of November 2022 hearing date for first week of February 2023
En of January 2023 email for approval without hearing
From beginning 9 months 1 week I guess.
I never heard that you can request it honestly. But if they determined perfect. Just do it.
If they determine obviously no doubts I'll go with that. Yes, you can request for file review process.
