Hi All my application was received by CIO in canada on the 06th April 2010 but unfortunatley my application was return to me in May 2010 because of the payments issues. Due to new rules implimented on the 26th june my NOC (0111) has been removed from skilled worker so my question is can i file my application under old rules as my application was recieved by CIO on the 06th april 2010. The application that was return to me has no file reference number however it has the stamps of FSW_CIO Office dated 06th april 2010. Please reply to me as soon as possible.

They will not accept it since the rules have changed and if your NOC is not in the new list.Khan84 said:
Still you can try and a letter and send the copy of previous forms with CIO stamp for their reference. You can try.
did u get any letter and appendices stating the reason with the application? [b](Yes i got a letter from CIO stating that credit card was expiring in 6months period. Also the letter states that there is no record kept in the office however if you wish to re-apply you can attach this letter. I think they will accept it as long as they gave you file number. this means that your case was opened back in April, so your docs will be evaluated based on old rules
