Fifth & Sixth Draw. Expecting 320+ score will get ITA

There will be minimum two draws on March and candidates with score 320+ will get an ITA this month.
Fifth draw cutoff will be around 350 and Sixth draw it will down to 320.
Within three months score will drop to 285. Further drop seems a little difficult for FSW candidates.

Due to dip in gas prices, Canada present economic condition becomes worst. This is why till now CIC not issuing ITA to any candidates not having job offer or PNP.

CIC is planing to issue more than a lakh ITA's. So majority of applicants will get it.

I think it's too good to be true. The most I expect is that the score may go down below 500 (and even that is optimistic). Judging by the spreadsheet (and common sense), there's a <i>lot</i> of people in the 350-450 range.

I think they will focus on people already in Canada such as CEC, before they issue ITA to FSW.

Every point below 450 would be of lot of importance .. so i think there would not be a drastic fall in the cut off score below that range

No Way José. I dont think it will go below 350 in the next few months. Maybe around august, september but then again, Jobbank will become operational and more provinces will integrate PNP with EE. So it may even go up again.

What do you think is going to happen when the Job Bank is operational? People can still apply to jobs using the job bank. No employer pays attention to anyone outside of Canada.

Seconded, I think the whole Job Bank thing is just to provide the appearance of helping candidates to find jobs, not to actually help them. If it were as important as they make it out to be, it would have already been operational.

No one knows how they will look for candidates outside Canada for jobs.The employers do not even care to see the people who are already in Canada

When jobbank becomes operational, PGWP and other WP holders already in Canada will be able to reap the benefits. Dont forget that many CEC applicant can very well apply under FSW also with a job offer. Dont underestimate the number of people already living in Canada under different kind of permits. Jobbank will do nothing for candidates applying from outside Canada though.
