I think that Public Relations fall under this category. And my University is called University of Humanities and Social Sciences
Anyway, I am sure that this question is there only for the statistics that IRCC gathers about immigrants. I believe it doesn't affect the application, so choose what you feel most comfortable about.
I didn't think about it much back then. Thinking about it right now - I probably should have chosen Marketing and related services. :/ Cause PR is a related service to Marketing. So I would advise you to choose that.
