Hi … so I misunderstood the process to apply for visitor visa and made a big mistake . I uploaded all documents except one I thought I did not need and closed the window went to a knee wondering and made payment thinking that’s what I need to move to submit. Now I am stuck… I need to get refunded or immigration forward it to payment to my application but not sure how… please advise

Sorry what are you asking? You want to withdraw and get a refund? Or you can send webform with additional documents.

Ask for a refund (cic.gc.ca)
