Fee payment by brother living in Canada or through India bank

My brother got an admit in Canadian university for Masters program. I am already in Canada.

does it make sense for me to pay the me or the fee should come from an Indian bank?

Which option makes the visa application stronger? or it does not matter?

It doesn't matter as far as you pay the with instructions given, wherever the money comes from . Just remember to put in the reference number or student number given by the school
