I am not sure but I wouldn't rely too much on these status changes. You don't have PPR until you have PPR.
So I won't start celebrating just right now.

saaz87 is so correct. On other threads, I've seen people that waited for 4 months from DM to PPR.
Personally, I've been waiting for 3 weeks already :( I hope I wont have to wait much longer!

Two weeks waiting for me. Hope we can get PPR soon...

It's brutal. I seriously feel like the time is passing by more and more slowly.

Got a `Decision Made` yesterday. Now waiting for PPR.

Hey! You applied in December 2014 and already got a 'decision made'? I applied in october 2014 and still nothing. Should I be worried?

Nope, status changes don't mean anything. Some people receive their PPR even before there status shows medical received.
I don't think you should even start worrying until 11-12 months to the day when you submitted your application because usually thats how much time it takes to get PPR despite frequent/infrequent status changes.

If CIC is requesting your fingerprints it's either because you are a citizen of one of the following countries:

Colombia, Haiti, Jamaica, Albania, Algeria, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Libya, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tunisia, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Burma (Myanmar), Cambodia, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Laos, Lebanon, Pakistan, Palestinian Authority, Sri Lanka, Syria, Vietnam, Yemen

or

"If your name has a 50% or more match in their data base, the RCMP may request fingerprints in order to confirm your identity."

They asked me to get RCMP police certificate in the same mail in which they requested RPRF.
What is your ecas status? It could be just some bureaucratic delay.

Wow, maybe the reason is that I forgot the RCMP police certificate???
I am not the citizen of the following countries.
My classmates sent the files later than me, they were requested passport last week. :'( :'( :'( :( :( :(
Thank you....

You don't need to submit a PCC from the RCMP. CIC is running its own background checks.
