It's very nice seeing you having the same "In process" date as mine.

Unfortunately, I am also still waiting for an update. I would also be expecting to receive maybe an earlier update, but it is almost four months with no progress on my file. I have couple of friends. They graduated with me. They have also no updates yet. It seems that CPC-ottawa took less care for QSW program, in last months. I can just hope our turns come faster.

Hello PhSVE, my ecas status has 3 lines and shows like this since July of 2014:

1. We received your application on April 2013.
2. Medicals results have been received.
3. We started processing your application on July 3rd 2014.

Hey ali_manu , yeah, I have seen some DM or PPR for other categories but haven't seen either anybody in QSW that went "in process" in the July timeframe with any updates. This month is my 18th month since my federal application was submitted and that is supposed to be the average time it should take, let's definately hope for the best news antyime now!!

Did CIC request you to have a medical reassessment?

No, they have not requested reassessment of Medicals, so far this year they requested for RPRF, Update of Personal History, Police Cleareance Certifciates, FBI Certficates ... Hope next request is PPR

I have heard of more PPRs in few recent days, but from Canadian Experience Class (inland applicants, applying by late 2013).

No. Not for me.
I've seen many PNPs also getting PPR.
Seems like CPP is not processing QSW applications at the moment.

Hello guys,

I've seen on another thread that people who submitted in early 2013 most (if not all) of them landed after about 10 months. It seems that now it's taking more time? I saw this "average processing time" on the CIC website to be 18 months, but I thought it's just like a loose upper-bound. Any ideas?

I have the following timeline:
July 07, 2014 Application received
September 18, 2014 AOR & medical exam request
September 22, 2014 Medical exam taken
October 16, 2014 Medical exam results received

Anyone with similar timeline?
Should I expect it to take more than a year, i.e. beyond August 2015?

I went in process in ecas on July 3 2014 and still no news either!
