I hope so too. Are you still in process? A spreadsheet I checked once showed people stayed in "in process" status for about a month or 2 max.

Medical requested: Feb 24th, 2014
Medical received: Mar 4,2014
RPRF paid: May 17th, 2014

I also checked the ECAS status and it is as follows:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on December 12, 2013.

2. We started processing your application on August 22, 2014.

3. Medical results have been received.

Hi,

It depends on how fast they process your file. Process of my file has started at July 2nd, but I have not yet received passport request.
But this is a good stage showing your file is on track getting closer and closer to final decision; your file is not at CIO, Sydney and has been transferred to Ottawa-CPC for visa processing.

I am curious to know what GCMS is? Is it something we should take care about during process of our application? Not too many people have talked about that in this forum.

GCMS notes is a document which has some detail on where your application is at the moment. It gives details about the overall status: whether your application is in 1) Eligibility 2) Medical 3) Criminality or 4) Security stage of processing.

I had read somewhere that some of this people with secured employment tend to have a faster timeline than the rest of us with no job offer. I am hoping however that we will all soon be getting decision made and passport requests.

I agree with bubblyhead, too. Many PNP programs require continuous job offer to issue nomination. Therefore many applicants are automatically employed when they get file number. But, Quebec issues CSQ (peq) almost right after graduation, when applicants are normally in their gap time looking to find job positions, when they submit their PR applications.

Let's be optimistic. Almost all simple cases (single people spending no more than six months in a third country) have taken a year (or less) to PR issuance. I guess we will hear something good by end of 2014.

Champions/Hero Members, please advice, seeking PPR timeline for QSW with CSQ Received since 2012. Here's my timeline, would greatly appreciate to anyone with an educated estimate of when I can expect PPR or Decision Made. Visa Office is CPP-Ottawa and I am an outland applicant in the US, it's already been 18 months since Federal Application was submitted/received in April of 2013:

Dec-12 CSQ Received
Apr-13 Application Submitted
Apr-13 1st Line: e-cas 'we received your application April 5 2013'.
Jun-13 Med Request
Jul-13 Med's Done
Sep-13 2nd Line: e-cas "Medical results have been received"
Feb-14 RPRF Request
Mar-14 Police Cert Request
Jul-14 3rd Line: e-cas 'we started processing your application July 3rd 2014'.
Jul-14 FBI Cleareance Req
Aug-14 FBI Submitted
PPR ?

Please, when can I expect PPR or what is next?? , e-cas still shows 3rd line that reads: "we started processing your application on July 3rd 2014".

When can I expect DECISION MADE??? Any guidance will be greatly appreciated!!!

I received my CSQ in Feb of 2013. Seniors or anybody that could shed some light on the status of my application. I applied under QSW with Visa Office in CPP-Ottawa. Application was submitted back in April of 2013. ECAS status has 3 lines:

We received your application on April 2013.
Medicals results have been received.
We started processing your application on July 2014.

We have already been requested Medicals, Police Certificates, FBI Report, Payment of RPRF.

I am an outland applicant and this is my 18th month since Federal application was submitted in April of 2013.

Any estimate on what I should expect next and when can I expect to recieve DM or PPR status?

We have pretty the same timelines.
Unfortunately nobody can give us an estimate, but I would say, we are at the last straight line. We can receive the PPR or COPR at anytime.
By the end of this year, we should receive an update,
Patience is the key, we are almost there

I want to think that this is the final stretch on this, October 2014 marks the 18th month since Federal application was submitted and according the timelines in CPP-Ottawa for QSWs 80% of applications receive DM in 18 months ... hence how critical each day no becomes to hear some good news at any time!!!
