Yeah! she lives in Canada and she emailed them, they replied your file is under processing and is under background verification! so I wonder if anyone is on the same boat?!

Here case is very different from what i have seen in this forum, she got medical request one year after applying ! when did she get rprf request ? did she receive email for file transfer to ottawa ?

Apparently there are not more new about it.

The majority of May-July applicants will likely be waiting for a while longer yet. There are still January-February applicants who haven't got their PPR.

They are probably doing background checks and security. The duration might be influenced by how many countries you have visited since 18 years. I am sure that soon, there will be a mass email requesting updated history, passports etc. Best.

checked my latest " GCMS notes" said criminality and security canceled, sub-activity RCMP screening is " no reportable trace"

I am not sure but only hope that you get "Decision Made" very soon. Maybe others with a full mastery of their codes and descriptions can be more helpful both to you and all others who read and learn from here.

It's been 23 months since you applied, processing time on cic website is 20, you should definetly contact them if you did not already !!

Very unusual. You need to contact them immediately and ask for an explanation. Most inland applicants in 2012 have had their permanent residency. All the best with your inquiry.

I also would like to share with you my landing experience at Montreal CIC office.
I went there in the morning 14/01/2014. Nice lady, checked all our papers : COPR, passport, visa,CSQ and my current work permit. She verified and corrected typo at the documents, all in 5 minutes , she asked us the routine questions; have I ever been convicted, refused admission or asked to leave Canada, and if I have any dependants outside Canada. And that's it. It took us 25 minutes .
After that we went to renew Medicare, and it was nobody there. So we have done it in 25 minutes
Than we went to Service Canada(Decarie) to got our permanent SIN.
We finished the whole process in 3 hours.
