I am sorry for not updating unfortunately our internet had some issues ...............anyways I sent my passport on nov 27 for visa and got it back on 13th december after exact 2 weeks, did my landing last Sunday, there was snow storm . My visa issue date was 27th nov the same day they recieved my passport I was like why they kept it for two weeks then, anways journey finally came to end and it was one of the best new year/christmas gift one could get.

5 Aug 2013 - CSQ received
27 Sep 2013 - PR application arrived at Sydney, Nova Scotia according to Canada Post Track & Trace.
7 Nov 2013 - AOR received by email (but still cannot track my application online)
7 Nov 2013 - Medical Requested (scheduled - 12 Nov)
27 Dec 2013 - Medical Received (I do not know the exact date, but it must be in the last few days, I check the status regularly, last week it wasn't there).

Hi Everyone,

I would just like to give you an update on my status. I received my passport request in December 4th. My passport was received by the visa office on December 16th and it was returned today December 30th. I currently live outside of Canada so I had sent my passport to someone I know in Canada and they arranged to have it sent to the visa office via Canada Post Xpresspost.
