I sent it with prepaid Canadapost express envelops. I am inland applicant.

I called CIC on December 5th to schedule an appointment for landing within canada. They responded the next day to me with an appointment for Jan 6. One month, I expected worse, but I can do one month.

Share you experience with the process of landing at office, please.
I am going to use the same way.

Hi All, I sent my PP Novembre 26, I Get it back December 9, and I did my landing at the US border last saturday

Cpp recieved on Nov 21
Tracker activated on Dec 16.
Delivery on Dec 17
Landed on Dec 17. Took 20 min total including waiting time on US side and Canada side. They ask very general question. They are very nice. And gives out general information. They asked how much i have in the bank but didnt ask for proof. Took less than 5 min.
Btw, i landed at st-benard de lacolle, quebec.

Congratz. Did you do your landing? If you drive to the border, go at night. They are more relax and no traffic

I have already called (today morning) to CIC to make appointment at Montreal office.
So waiting for their replay.

It is automatic. They ask you for your address so they can send pr card to you.

I am sorry for not updating unfortunately our internet had some issues ...............anyways I sent my passport on nov 27 for visa and got it back on 13th december after exact 2 weeks, did my landing last Sunday, there was snow storm . My visa issue date was 27th nov the same day they recieved my passport I was like why they kept it for two weeks then, anways journey finally came to end and it was one of the best new year/christmas gift one could get.
